want to change college and course

I landed in canada few days back.I got study permit for biotech. Diploma in seneca college toronto but now i wanna come to saskatoon as ihave my family here.so i be changing to early childhood education its 1 year certificate. Is it safe can i do this.because i was always told that they can even throw me out of canada.
Please help me outtttt.

I already changed my program and moved to saskatchewan.

as long as u dont violate ur conditions of study permit u can change program.
