Dear All,

I have applied immigration from riyadh, saudi arabia at london office and got my AOR in 4 october 2005. I want to apply for TRV (visit visa ) of canada. Someone told me if i apply visit visa while already applied for immigration then this TRV will give a -negative marking for my immigration and 99% they will refuse you to give TRV. Is this correct??? what should i do?? apply for TRV or not???

my friend living in canada will send me invitation letter. I want to go with my wife and new born child and last week we got the UK visit visa also.

please seniors guide me

Regards

Imran

No reply till now :( please seniors help me

You can apply for a TRV if you can prove that you are well established in your resident country, job/school accommodation, it will be examined closely as you have a PR application in process, but if CHC feels you will return, then they will issue a TRV. You won't know until you try.
