Want to apply for Dual Intent spousal Visitor Visa April 2022

Hello everyone,
We just received AOR for my husband's spousal sponsorship a week ago. My husband has refusal for Canada study visa twice in 2016 and for US in 2014. Will it have any effect on visitor visa or PR application or future applications with IRCC ?

It may have some effect on the TRV but unlikely for PR. Make sure that you disclose ALL of these refusal. Otherwise, that's misrepresentation and he could result in a 5 year ban from Canada.
