Want to apply CSQ with Quebec Immigration

I have a positive LMIA from Quebec.

I don't speak French and can't apply for EE since it's a closed WP

Since i'm on a closed work permit and that is also from Quebec, Can I apply for CSQ? please guide me if there is any other options.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Please advise on the situation.

Right now all economic immigration programs via Quebec require you to speak French. Consider moving to another province

I'm on closed WP can't move out of the province at the moment. I'm considering learning French, any idea what level of French is required?

I'm looking to apply via Quebec Economic program.

You can't *consider* learning French, you have no other option. You need niveau 7 de l’Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français
