Hello! my application has been rejected, now i'm focused on january18 online system, but please, what can i do to be amoung the first to send my file that day ?

I am 90% done with the paper documents. We got an IT production deployment at work(around Jan18th) which might make the application process on Jan 18th for me difficult If the online procedures are mentioned ahead like Jan 5th and if it is just a couple of hours of process on the 18th, it would be great!
