I'm Arage Ali, currently residing in Karachi, Pakistan. I wish to Immigrate to Canada and get a PR as an International Student. Currently I have been accepted for 8 months Post Graduate Diploma with Co-op option in Seneca College, Ontario. Due do higher fees and Low GPA I have not applied for any Masters program and of course if I apply now it will probably take 6 months to get any admission feedback. I have the following profile:

Graduate Degree: Bachelor's of Business Administration from one of the top most universities of Pakistan
CGPA: 2.23 approximating 75%
IELTS: 7.0 Bands
GMAT: 560
Work Experience: 4 years in Financial Institution
Extracurricular Activities: Various
CFA Level 1 & 2 cleared

Please apprise me If should go for PGD in Seneca College and finally a PR?. Will I get the work before my Diploma ends? Will I get the Student Visa?

Hope to get critical response from you soon.

An 8 month course is a very bad idea since this will only get you an 8 month work permit and make it much more difficult to qualify for PR. If your ultimate goal is to get PR, you should take a course that's at least 2 years in length so that you get a 3 year post graduate work permit.
