Wal-Mart Instock Assistant job offer...Scam or not?

Hi all,

I got an offer from one of my friend's friend, who told me that they got vacancy for the above stated post in Canada with no IELTS requirement. They told I have to invest almost 7 lakh rupees in three instalments and the processing time for this job is almost 4 months. First instalment is 3 lakhs and they told they are giving lawyer amendment for this instalment . After 2 months of first instalment, they will provide LMO and offer letter from Wal-mart. When I asked about any proof for this, they showed me LMO copies and offer letter copies which had been processed for previous persons, that is from March of 2016. I do not have a clear cut idea about Canadian job offers or any such things related to this. After getting LMO and offer letter, we have to provide 1.5 laks to get the visa. It will take another 1 month and after getting visa we have to pay the final instalment of 1.5 lakhs.

Please anyone advise on this.

Sounds like a scam, just think why would a major supermarket retailer create a job offer for someone outside of the country when there are plenty of people in Canada looking for jobs. And why would a corporation like Walmart expect someone to pay for a job offer ? I have no knowledge of the actual job but sounds like a job where the employee is responsible for keeping the shelves stocked so cannot believe there are not residents who could be employed.
