Waiting time from the date of Medical to PPR

Hi all,

Can you please let me know the waiting time at London for the request of the passport from the date of completion of medical.My medical was submitted on 18th July and the RPRF on 14th August'09 to London.Your valuable inputs much appreciated.

We have submitted our Medicals and RPRF in July 16th to London Office, Passport request letter received on 4th of August - approximately 10 working days.

i have submitted my medical on 22nd june 09 still waiting...............got email from london: we have recieved your medical result , we are awaiting your routine background enquiries result, as soon we recieve result we will be in contact.

We applied in 2006 so they may already done our Background checks, that must be the reason we received our PPR quicker.

Also submitted passports 14th of Aug, still waiting for response. From 2006 e-CAS status "IN PROCESS".

This varies from one region to another. Also some IO are smarter than others just an in any office. Just keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.
 
congrats rizcom123................you will get your visa in next couple of days............sometimes they dont update their website.

Hi mohitarora1979, do you mean your status remained as "In Process" even after PPR?
 
Hello,

I did my medicals in June 16th 2009 and sent police clearances 14th August 2009. I am waiting for PPR.
I applied in Mexico city. One girl in the same visa office received it 10 days after all submitted. I hope mine is coming soon.
