Waiting time for Pakistani living in the US ?

Hi guys ... I have a friend in Toronto whom I was thinking of visiting in like 10-12 days from now. I'm a Pakistani currently living in the US via F-1 via (I'm a student). I was wondering how much wait time I can expect. Based on that I'll decide if it's even worth thinking about this or not

Also, I have a Canadian PR application currently in the progress too (submitted the PR application 2 months ago). Will taking a trip to Canada as a visitor upset that in any way ?

As you have already applied PR Application,so it is best advise from my side you should not apply any TRV Visa Application prior getting your PR Approval.Even you apply TRV also,existing statistics shown that your TRV Application rejected probability is more than 90%.So,now you can do
what ever seems to be best for you.

The TRV won't impact your PR application in any way - even if it's refused. It could take a few months for the TRV application to be processed.

TRV is a temporary visit visa I assume ? So even a temporary visa can take months ?!

I got my Student Visa for the US in 3 days ! My sister too !
