Waiting time for DNA test - Singapore

Hi, Does anyone know the waiting time for DNA test in Singapore? My wife did her interview in Cambodia on March 11th 2015 and they told her to wait for DNA test. It's been almost 4 months and still no news from Singapore? How long more do we have to wait? Thanks!

Who are they testing the DNA against for relations/non-relations?

Did your wife agree and provide the DNA test?

they want to test my wife and daughter's dna because they don't believe our relationship is genuine. they want to make sure it's really my daughter. i already sent my dna test 5 months ago. after my wife did her interview in cambodia, they told my wife to wait for her dna test. it's been almost 5 month now and no mail or email. my daughter is now 9 months old.

You should contact the VO where you they are and find out what is going on.
Was your wife not given instructions on getting the DNA testing done?

they simply told her to wait for her dna test, cic go down to cambodia once in a while for DNA testing. i though it would be faster than that. it's been almost 5 month of waiting...

I did read in the forums that another person a few years ago recieved her DNA request 3 months after
her husband recieved his from the same area you are.

I wonder if the VO is just running slow or behind.

Is there a way for her to call or you to call and find out?

unfortunately SVO don't take phone calls.. ive sent many emails to SVO but no reply. I guess we just have to wait...

Sorry I cant be of more help. I wonder if you can order notes on the application. It takes about 30 days
but you will see whats going on with your file I believe.

Same type of situation here.
Four months gone. Waiting to get the schedule for providing DNA sample here in Bangladesh.
Are there others who experiencing same situation?

I finally got an email from them on September 17, 2015. my wife's DNA appointment will be in Cambodia on October 24th 2015. It's around 7 month and half since her interview on March 11th 2015. They usually notice you at least 1 month ahead of time. I heard it can be anywhere from 3 months to 1 year before you receive an email for DNA appointment from them. I hope this help and hope you will hear from them soon.

Could you please contact me….I have received DNA letter for myself and my parents on June 2015 and have submitted DNA at Accumetrics in Toronto in June 2015 but CIC still has not contacted my parents in Bangladesh. It is going to be almost 1 year and I am afraid that their medical will also expire mean time…..what can I do? I am very frustrated?

You can contact to your local MP where you live, so they'll be on behalf of you to email and ask for you, it's my suggestion

They called me on 30th March '16 to provide sample on 12th April. Then test result was published on 26th April. Now waiting for remedical. What about your parents? By this time they may have been asked to provide dna sample.
