AOR is received instantly once you submit and pay your application. In cases of system downtime, it can take 24 hours to receive your AOR.

Right now our status is send to another department.
We heard that it will take 2.3 month for Aor.
After receiving AOR form embasy. Embasy will contact for biometric and medical?

Is your application by paper or electronic?

What do you mean by "Canadian lower online"?

Did you file your application on paper and submitted it to a VFS? If yes, it can take 1-3 months for the AOR.
If you submitted the application through the CIC website, AOR is generally provided within minutes.
 
Hello we received AOR. Our file status is moving to another department.
Now my question is when we get notification for embassy for biometric and medical request. How much time it will take.
