Waiting time after medical exam

Hello,
my medical will expire on 25 Nov 2018. Any body can tell me how long will it take time to send again medical for me . Even my case is submitted in 2016 feb 02. But upto now i m still waiting there in no final decission

I done my medicals in Jan but still did not received any communication from visa office.

I have done my medicals and received an update saying Medicals received on 21st June 2019. Any idea when the further process starts or how I will be indicated about clearing my medicals. Please advice about the same. Thanks!!
