waiting period is killing me,after i sent my passport

I am a Nigerian .i sent my family passport (3members) to accra on the 25th June after we received a mail from them ..They received our passport on the 29th June...uptill this moment have not heard from them......i dont want to write them bacause they already stated it that they are not ready to listen to querries....please help me with some useful information.

Just to ask. I got PPR on 8th February and sent passports on 16th February it was received in AVO on 18th February. Ecas shows decision made but I do not have pick up mail till now. When do u think it will come or is something wrong. I have sent email and raised CSE but got auto response.

What can I do apart from wait. Help anyone. Any ideas
