Waiting on COPR from LA, decision made almost 3 weeks ago

Waiting on COPR from LA, decision made almost 3 weeks ago...is it possible they could have sent it to our old address? We had changed our address months ago before PR request through e-cas, by mail and also included our new address again when we sent in the passport after the passport request. Home address on e-cas says : Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on my hubby (applicants) e-cas, yet on mailing address, it's our new address. When I log in (sponsor) it shows our new address for both and has been like that for months.

Is almost 3 weeks reasonable to wait for the return of the COPR? How long did you wait after decision made to get your COPR from LA?

We get mail regularly from the States and it never takes this long.

excuse my noobiness. Would you let me know what is COPR?
I also sent my passport to VO (I sent copy of passport to Ottawa VO. Copy is sent because im already in canana)
and I am waiting for their resonse.

6 weeks for us. Month and two weeks. So I think it'll take a little longer. (the 6 weeks is from the time we sent it)
