Waiting for visa

it's officially been 2 whole months/8 weeks since I submitted my online app. STILL waiting
Meds passed about 4 weeks ago. After that no updates.
It seems CIC doesn't give a damn that school starts a little over 2 weeks from now.

i have applied for university foundation course at Winnipeg on 8th of July at VFS Kathmandu, and my file under processing from 9th at Delhi office,But no any response or documentation required till date. Please help me my class is starting from September.I have done case specific inquiry but no response from delhi office and VFS kathmandu repleid saying your application is under processing.
My profile
10th grade with 74.56%
PCL nursing (3 years diploma ) with 75%
1 and half year experienced as a staff nurse
Education loan of 3 million and bank fixed deposit of balance of 1.5 million
Recommendation letter from hospital and college
Good sop to justify why i choose foundation course leading to Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing(No college here in Nepal for Psychiatric nursing and Patients are increasing day by day due to destructive earthquake )
IELTS not so good but 5.5 in each band
Applied with husband (Husband is computer engineer and working as a IT lecturer )
Income tax documents
Annual income of 2.2 million


Please help me and provide me with good and effective suggestion

I have applied online on 19 July and I have submitted my passport on 24 july on request in Visa application center and have got my passport through post on 28 july after being stamped for temporary resident visa . But untill now i haven't got my letter of introduction. After 6 days i have my flight to canada. I have emailed them 2 days ago but no reply. I have called them but they said they cannot provide any information on phone , Does it usually takes this much long to get the Letter of Introduction ? What should i do ?

I've just reached the 9th week of my wait for a study permit. Submitted online on June 15. Application forwarded to the Abu Dhabi visa office June 16.
Medicals passed 2 weeks ago on 3 August. No updates since then.
