Hi , I have an inquery about My VISA PRINT Urgently. I am waiting for VISA PRINT around 3 months since asking transferring file to local office(China), and I didn't get any reply from CIC up to now. I've been waiting for a long time already and I appreicate that if you have any similar experience or advice, please share with me or advise me. thanks for your kind help.

My long story:
8th April---- received email from CIC(Ready for Visa).
10th April--- sent email to CIC and request to transfer file to Shanghai (China)
10th April--4th June, during this period, Agent sent email to CPC-O to check the status many times, but no response.
4th June--- Agent Contacted the call center of CPC-O, they replied that it has been transferred to Beijing(China).
8th June-- sent email to Beijing office, and Beijing Office replied that they haven't received it and asked me to confirm with CPC-O,
11th June--- Sent email to Immigration Canada office in both Beijing and Shanghai,up to now get no reply:(

I am getting worried and worried now as it has been passed about 3 months since i received email ready for VISA, and I don't have any idea if something went wrong even.

Is it a good idea to deliver our passports to Ottawa with an explaining letter now?

By the way, I am the principal of PR application.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hopefully someone who has experienced this will reply, but here is my suggestion:
Mail your passports to Beijing with an explanation that CIC has informed you that your file is in Beijing.
Explain that you waited so long because you were waiting for confirmation that the file is in Beijing. You emailed to check, but got no response. You were confused because you had asked CIC to transfer the file to Shanghai (fyi Shanghai does not handle PR visas). Also provide them with a copy of the ready for visa email.
You can also email Ottawa to ask for confirmation that your file has been forwarded to Beijing. Your agent should also call the call center to ask if your file is in Beijing. But don't wait any longer. Send in the passports.

I'm making these suggestions based on what I've read from other people who requested a change of office for PR visa stamping.

Thanks for your kind reply, GinnyPi.

My agent suggested me waiting more days. Let's see what will happen till July 11.
