waiting for visa approval

I've applied for visa on 24/11/2016 at delhi embassy,my course was about to start on 02jan 2017,still waiting for approval.anyone els who's on the same boat???

Can someone tell me what can i do in this worst scenario?

I applied on the 9th of December and still waiting as well.

You can either get an extension on your joining date from your college or university or you can defer your admission to the next available semester.

Yes, Seneca gave me an extension till the 13th. I conveyed the same to CIC as well.
