waiting for the upload button for the sched a and police cert.

hi, I am still waiting for the message in my gckey account regarding the uploading of my schedule A and police cert. I used the IRCC webform already and I uploaded the said documents...Until now, I am starting to get worried...my husband called the CIC and they just told him to wait We were done with the medical exam and submitted the results last May 2017... is this really the process now? thank you.

GC Key is notorious unreliable in this respect. It could be that the button never appears. I would upload via the webform (as you have already done) AND mail the paper copies to the office!

Finally, I received an email asking for the Background A last Sept. 19, 2017 and I sent it Sept. 20, 2017.. still waiting for the next step like the uploading of police cert..though my GCKEY still contains the same status...hopefully, we can have positive news in the following weeks

I'm still waiting for a request for a police certificate and Shed. On September 13th we received the mail that I was received in the UCI and APP number process. when I'm trying to see what's happening in the process. For a medical request I still have not got really I do not know what is happening ??

Hi! Thanks for the tip. I did this same thing a few weeks ago but the status on my GC KEY account still says that they are waiting for additional docs. Do you know how long it should take for them to update that status? I sent the sched A via webform about 3 weeks ago (or more) and mailed the docs along with the requested photos they asked for which arrived a week and a half ago (according to fedex). Although I think I've been very patient in the process so far, this part just has me worried....especially since other people say they received email confirmation that their sched A was received. Any info/advice would be appreciated
