Yes, same for me, I live in Vancouver but my file in in Surrey. Too bad because Vancouver looks faster.
I emailed then several times (citizenship test and ceremony emails), and never had a response.
Sent webforms, never had a response.
Called IRCC 3 times, they can't do anything, they can't provide more info that what you see on the tracker.
I did everything I could.
Almost 22 months...
My hope is now to have the Oath invite before the 2nd anniversary.

I hope I am able to finish before I celebrate my application's 3rd bday hehe, (or before I have to renew my PR card).

Something is weird with the trackers...
If you look at 2020 and 2021 applicants, no one has an oath ceremony scheduled beyond 2 weeks from now. Like, seriously... no one. How come?
I understand some applicants are invited weeks in advance and others are only given a few days notice. But I find it super weird. Maybe there a some changes coming. Maybe the self-administered oath thing they mentioned in January?

I know that the trackers 100% depend on people self reporting their application status and admins updating the spreadsheets... But it is still super strange that not a single applicant has ceremonies scheduled beyond the 26th of April.

Yes it is very strange indeed. I also noticed that updates seem to come in waves.
The forum can be quiet for a couple of weeks and all of a sudden lots of applicants report an update on their tracker at the same time.
But I might be wrong.

I believe so. I've received the test invitation from Surrey office and also they've replied me once before.

It's a weird address, how do you know Surrey office is after you file ?
I would call the support and clarify with them.
