Waiting for student visa for September 2019

hello,

I have applied to student visa for September 2019 intake.
I applied through online and submitted my application on 29 July 2019 and biometric on 31 July 2019.

Still I have got no reply from CIC .

What could be the possible reason for this?

The course starts from 3 rd September.
