so finally got my card today, here is full detail :

Landed: Aug 5th, Toronto international airport
Link application to check updates online on my CIC account, got one or two times ghost update 1 week before approved.

Status got approved : Sept 26th
Card received in mail : Sept 28th
I lived around mid-Toronto area

noted that Canada Post still not on strike yet, apparently they are still in negotiation with the union and they decided to hold on a little bit....good news for me, thank god. well I hope in the end there will be no strike at all.

update for my case:
so the PR card went back to IRCC due to a wrong address (according to Canada post, though the address was valid? anyway...) and I called them today they said they have it and will remail it "soon" , though it may take an extra 2 weeks for me to finally get it. At least they didnt lose it.

My case:

Landed as PR: Aug 16 with myself (Primary), wife and 2 kids (dependents) via the Rainbow bridge Niagara Falls.

Received new photo request for myself and my son on Oct 3. Took new photos and mailed it last week. It got delivered today, not sure of the extra time this will add to the process (maybe a month?)

Meanwhile, my wife's and daughter's PR applications got approved last week. Hoping that their cards will be delivered to the Canadian address we provided sometime this week.

Yes your wife and your daughter's card you will get today or latest by tom . for you it will take about 10 more days .

Still waiting and frustrated, I need to travel in January.

It's currently 50 days processing time for first PR card. I landed on October 26th and I was told it was 47 days. I checked today and it's now 50.
