My husband landed April 11, 2017 in Calgary. Still no pr card. Its been 13 weeks now. So worries the card might be lost somewhere.

I think if the the status changes to "decision made", this means it has been approved. I am not sure though. Just guessing.

if you had to send new pictures they are only up to 'May 23rd' in reviewing them.

I called to check the progress and thats what they told me

No I didn't. Today is the 70th day since I landed. I called IRCC yesterday but no luck reaching them, also filed a case specific inquiry but no response.

I called IRCC today and I was able to reach an agent. She said IRCC don't have my address. I gave her the address and she said my PR card will be arriving soon. That's weird because I provided an address at the airport..

Are you able to access your application on ECAS? Is your address listed there? If yes, how come they did not have it? This is very annoying and the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Yes I am able to access my application on ECAS but the address listed there is my international address before moving to Canada, not the local address I provided at the airport. The address on ECAS has not been updated.
