Just got off the phone with CIC. My card was shipped out on Jan-17th so I should receive it withing 3-5 business days.

Can my wife call if she is outside Canada. She landed through spousal immigration on 19th November but went back to uae to wind up her work etc. Now we have been waiting for the pr card. Do you guys know how to call IRCC from outside Canada. Can I call on her behalf ? Can she apply for a travel document ?

Congrats and thanks for the info. So it took you just over 2 months to receive your card. I landed December 11, so based on your timeline it looks like I can expect my card around mid-February.

I landed on January 16, and the officer stamped that date next to the field "Last entry date: Became PR on:".
But the "Original entry date: Undertaking (mos):" was left blank. Is this normal?

- edit: I just noticed that this thread is under "Canadian Experience Class". In my case, I applied under FSW, and prior to my landing entry, I actually had never visited Canada. Perhaps this is why?

Did you discuss the error on your CoPR with IRCC?

My CoPR has mistake in the Original entry date, I believe its very important to correct it. The issue is that it will take up to 6 months for the processing time

I believe IRCC has all the information, but you may want to correct that information, especially when you apply for citizenship...
I'm also still debating on how to correct the information, i mean few questions are uncleared to me ( regarding the martial status)

i landed on Nov 28th 2016 in Coutts , AB. and still waiting. :-[
have seen processing times increased from 41 days to 50 days to 58 days now since then
looks like lot of vacation in CIC staff.

Nope. When i call CIC, they have mentioned just wait. I am not sure how people get tracking since CIC said if it is new card they can not track.

Congrats to those who have received their PR card's ...

I landed on 15th December 2015 at Toronto and moved out on 17th December 2015 ... I have given a local address of my friend in Toronto, I did not provide any additional photographs other than those already on the COPR form's... I assume its the case with everyone or am I the odd one out ?

Hoping to get the PR Card at the earliest and I cant wait to move back late this year....

I live in Melbourne and I've traveled to over 7 cities in 5 countries over the past 6 weeks and I must confess ... There cant be someone as nice as Canadian's , extremely polite people...

Applied for PR in Nov of 2011. Landed on the 26th July 2016!!!!!... PR card sent out on the 2nd Sep, I received it in the mail on Sep 6th...Finally it is DONE!!!!!!!!!

Did you receive photo request befor they sent u pr. I'm confuse here. I have already sent 2 photos for copr. Landed last week. Or is it not for everyone to get photo request again. Cbsa agent said I will receive my pr card in 10 weeks. She never mentioned anything about photo request.

Not everyone recieve photo request. It is mostly case by case. If photo is not upto standard they will request for new
