So no problem as i did my landing in canada and i left without getting my pr card.

I landed in Toronto on June 25 2016. I am still waiting for PR card. I had applied under FSW program in Dec 2014. Anyone still waiting for PR card who landed in June 2016 ?

Yes, I landed on 25 Jun and still waiting for my PR card.

But my wife received new photo request on 3rd August....

Subhk, what a coincidence! I landed on 21st June just 2 days after you and I thought I won't receive my PR card until 21st August. After reading your post I thought I should go and check my mailbox and what a pleasant surprise, I saw a mail from CPC Sydney with my PR card . Finally, the whole process ends.

Not sure about 3 weeks. Canada post mentions it can take up to 4 business days between provinces.

Called CIC they said that I was sent a letter to resubmit photos. However it's been more than a week and I still haven't received that letter. Is it OK has anyone had that long delay?

Hi,

I landed on 14 May with my wife and son. PR card for me and my wife were received on 15 July but for my son i received a photo resubmission request on 11 August.

I want to know that is it must that the photo should be taken in Canada or we can send it from outside canada as well, as i am back to my home country. Secondly, please let me know is it necessary that the details of photograher should be stamped on the back of the photo or he can write it by hand.

Kindly reply as i need to send the photos ASAP.
