I never knew ecas shows PR card status update also . Bcoz whenever i check it just shows medicals have been received and nothing after that line. Its amazing that it shows now the pr card updates also ..!!!

My ECAS didn't show PR card application status.

Landed 9th April... Now waiting for card... Any idea when I can get?

Latest processing time is 54 days. Add a week for mailing.
And keep checking the processing time on CIC website, it is updated weekly and may change drastically. In my case, it increased every week by 7 or 10 days. When I landed it was 43 days, and increased every week to 110 days. So keep checking.

There is only one eCAS. No matter how many different ways to log in to it (via application number, case no. UCI number etc), you always land on the same page. Some people did mention on the forum that they could actually track their PR Card processing through eCAS, but majority could not track the PR Card through their eCAS. I think online tracking is only for inland applicants, but not sure.

Thanks Leodoc - we have called the call centre twice and they just tell us that they have to contact Sydney.

I just checked ecase and it now it says they sent us correspondence requesting information. I guess we will have to wait for the letter to see what information they require.

I suggest you immediately call CIC call centre and explain your case. The same happened with my daughter's PR Card. After the case started to appear on ECAS, the first line was like your husband's. The second line said the decision was made. We received her card within a week of "decision made" status. Her card took 4 months to arrive. During this time, I called CIC Call Centre every Friday (after the average processing time elapsed).

my wife landed on 14-nov-2015 , we waited till almost end of feb and we received a request for new pictures.
New pictures we received by CIC on 09-march-2016, does anyone know how long they take to provide PR for picture retake?

Many people here received photo request at the end of Feb and we all sent out our photos at the beginning of March.
According to BCSerbiaNew, they will process these cases by landing time. Since you landed on Nov, many wait one or two weeks and you can get your PRC. I got mine last week and I'm a late September lander.

Does anyone know the average time it takes to mail the PR card to Ontario? CIC call center said they mailed out the card on March 24. It has been almost 2 weeks now and we still don't see it...So frustrating!

Yup you should recived yours in 1/2 weeks like Naticom say , depends where are you live
