did you land at BC border?

That person was me lol. I am out of town and they sent a letter asking me to come in person. I told them give me some time to apply for the travel document because I just left the country. Instead of doing that they decided to use my old pictures and send the card lol.

I got our PR cards on Oct. 16 2015, it was approved on 7 Oct. 2015
I landed on Aug.22, 2015.

Hello Everyone,

I landed on 12 Aug at Vancouver airport - my daughter have received her PR card on the 9th Oct however myself and my wife haven't received anything as of yet. Any idea how long it usually takes to send the remaining ones ? Also, if I didn't get the remaining ones in the next week or so , who should I get in touch with ? email or phone ?

Appreciate your help.

I just called the Call Center and they could not transfer me to a real person because they are receiving many calls. I'll try again later.

Update:
I landed at May 6th.
I call the Call Center today, hold for 15minutes in line, and they told me that my pr card was sent on August 15th but well, it got lost as it never arrived. So now I have to send a solemn declaration.

Hi guys,

I landed on May 29. got a letter from CIC. photos need to be re-taken and mailed back to processing center. they also included the original COPR(taken away by officer when landing) in the letter.

Original COPR means the one which has photograph attached???

I too got the request for photographs. I sent photographs now. Do i need to wait again for waiting period which is for 42 days???

I havn't received letter yet. When I called CIC care, they said i need to send new photographs. CIC care mentioned letter is on the way. But i asked to send as an email. CIC send instantly. Referring to that email, i sent new photographs.

i received a letter requesting new photos. in the letter the COPR is returned.

My ECAS is completed after 5 days of landing.. I got new photo request now, I dont think request letter for new photos is not related to ECAS.
