first asked my address
I told here, I sent from 2 days (she tolled me it will take 5 days to update on system)
I asked her if there is a problem?
She told me nothing tell now

that is all

the main problem i landed on June 3, they just receive my application on September. (no answer)

Hello, did cic mention what the problem was?

They just said that its unfortunate that my family received and i didn't. The main thing is that it has been approved and sent to production facility. Due to a backlog it got delayed. But not to worry it is a routine.

Thx 4 response, actually I dont know reason of the delay in my case, I sent case specific enquiry 2 weeks ago and still waiting 4 response

Not to worry If your ECAS indicates that your status is completed and you were permitted a PR status in Canada. i suppose you are not in canada, so there is no way you can follow up on phone. You just need to wait for the card.

Yes the last thing in my ecas was that "I landed and became permanent resident"... and yes I returned to abu dhabi after a month of landing, I plan to move to canada in 2016, if I receive the card

The number just works fine.. I called them on friday afternoon from USA.

I was dialing from Europe-I'm not sure if that would make a difference?
