Yeah this has been from 24th Nov. It will get updated again on this Monday. Lets hope the processing time goes down..

No idea.

CIC cannot tell me anything when I call them except that it is under review.
I emailed them a long time ago (many weeks) and heard nothing back.
No mail from CIC around this topic, like asking for documents or more questions.

What can I do ??

Even the lawyer who followed the whole application could not do a thing about this except wait.

It's every sad state..it clearly affects us..those people doesnot know that it effects us directly..if I wan to go us work purpose..I have to drive 6 hour to nearest airport in us and take flight from there..it's so hilarious we can't even apply for visa from inside canada...if go to us for two days how the fuck u apply fr travel document..

Processing time with CIC means every single day after they received the complete application package.

When we land at land border, some are so remotely located that they send the papers of landing to the PR card processing centre every 2 weeks. So until the PR card processing centre does not receive our application from land border, they can actually not even start the processing.

This info I have gathered by reading several threads and articles.

Call center voice mail says the waiting time is 24 days from the day you became a P. If you have provided your address? ????? !!!!!!!!!!

It is the same ECAS. When they start processing your PR card application, another heading will appear.
