hi. does your ecas show the start of processing as 17th July ? I landed on the 25th June and have no info about the pr card on ecas

I don't know what "ecas" is. It seems it's online service,I think. I don't know but

I just phoned to phone no.(888)2422100 and I spoke to a lady. She asked me my info such as date of birth and so on, and told me that start date of processing of my file was 17 July and they finished processing and sent my PR card on 7 August.

I haven't received it yet because I think there is something wrong about my address.They have no fault. I hope I receive it soon.

I recommend you phone to the above phone no.

I called CIC today and they gave me good news that it is mailed today..

I also called them this morning and got the answer same as you that PR card was mailed this morning.. I trust them..50/50 because I called them last Friday they said that local CIC will contact me back to submit new photos and some I D..but today said it was sent this morning.. should we trust them 100%?

CIC call agents sometimes don't know what they are talking about, and I'm not joking here

Didn't the call centre agents tell you before that you need to submit new photographs? Did you submit them? You landed in Rainbow Bridge on May 10, right?

I saw on the spreadsheet that you landed on May 10 in Rainbow Bridge. Did the call centre agents mention anything to you about sending new photographs when you called them before Aug 20? And if they did, did you send them new photographs or they mailed your cards without you sending them new photos?

Hi, I have a question for those who had a separate window for PR card in ECAS and already received PR card, does "in process" get changed to something else once they send out a card?

I did call many times. I landed 10-may.
Agents told me i need to send photographs. Neither They requested for photos nor i sent them.
I dont think there was issue with our photograph who landed on 10 may @ rainbow.
How come all who landed on 10 may have photo issue???? They messed up something thats why it took more time than regular.
U should call today i hope u will get good news.

After getting PM from charmainefrances I checked my ecase for PR card and it is showing "Complete".
Hope I will receive my PR card soon.
