Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Resubmitted my new photos. No need to pay for PR card in this case..
Most of them got their PR cards so you need not worry. Just make sure you have the date printed at the back of each photo

Does anyone know how long it will take after photos resubmission?

emailed to CIC about my technical issue;
I was unable to access my online services;

They fixed the issue;
I am able to log in; but now my ECAS status is Complete (but it was DM before the system glitch)

Called CIC about my status. Still in verification. I keep on waiting....

Does anyone know how long it will take after photos resubmission?

When I called CIC yesterday, the agent said I have to wait for 2 months atleast after re-submission
But I know someone who received the PR card in 2 weeks after resubmission of photos

I submitted the technical issue request last week saying that I am unable to access my ecas online.
They resolved it and now I am able to login and see my status as Complete
But the address is not the address I have given them at landing. They updated the address to my office address.

This explains why some of them receive PR card to their office address.

I finally received PR card today.

Well I guess I'm the last person landed on April 2nd received PR card.

Anyway, It has been a long journey.

I called CIC yesterday and they said that my card was mailed on June 20th! (2 weeks ago)

I'm just hoping that my card isn't lost in the mail.

Finally I received my spouse PR card yesterday...... phew..... ;D

Good luck to other folks who are waiting for the PR card, hang in there, it is just a matter of time before you get it.

I landed March 26 th and didn't receive my card yet When I checked my ecas status couple weeks ago it showed decision made and I called the CiC then and an agent told me that my PR card was mailed to my address on the 18 th of . Now when I checked my ecas it went back to "completed "and the address I provided to them during landing usually on the left side of the page disappeared ! Is that normal ?
Please help .

We landed on April 3rd and my spouse PR card arrived yesterday (I got mine a week back), so, you should get it shortly, however, I doubt the fact that it was mailed on 20th June as my spouse PR card was printed on 26th June and I assume it would have got mailed the same day and I stay in west coast.

Good luck with that and you might want to give a call again to see whats going on.

Like I mentioned in the previous post, 18th June seems to be unrealistic, Please check your address with CIC and see if there is a mismatch, when I called inquiring about my spouse card, they did mention the address correctly.

HA! My cyber complaining worked again! My ECAS changed from "Decision Made" to "Complete" with a new line that says I landed and became a PR 8)

I don't think there's any reason to panic. I mean you're officially a PR once you land, right? If there are errors on your landing record it might be a hassle to correct, but that'll get sorted out sooner or later. If you urgently need to PR card to get out of the country, there are ways around that, too..

ECAS has been proven to be very unreliable to get current status. I landed on Jun 13 and there has been no update to reflect my landing. My status never changed to "Complete" as it stays in "Decision Made" :

Mine as well, has changed from "decision made" to "complete" again !
