He got his CoPR and landed with no problems. Apparently the photos were OK for PR application, but not OK for PR card application

Yes that's right!
During PR card application process, I got a mail from CIC saying my photos do not meet the requirements and I will have to submit them again.
I did resubmit the photos and there is no further update from CIC

So did they request the new pics? Or does he have to pay money for PR Card reapplication? What is one to do in a case like his? I am afraid about my pics too, they were done at walmart... Stupid me...

Resubmitted my new photos. No need to pay for PR card in this case..
Most of them got their PR cards so you need not worry. Just make sure you have the date printed at the back of each photo

I might sound veeeeeeeeeeeeery stupid and paranoid, but it is just a formality though, right? there is no consequences for the overall status. You landed so you are a PR 100% no matter in what conditions your pics are, right?

CIC sent PR Cards to my company's agent by mistake. The agent sent it to me by Fedex. The fedex have misplaced the package and can't even trace it!!!!

Guys, who experienced inability to access ECAS online, what did you do about it and how fast the issue was resolved?

I was "complete"; then I became "decision made"; then my app was sent to verification and now I have this "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"
Does it mean that someone is working on my file at the moment and that's the reason why it's blocked from external access???

I am freaking out. Its so stressful for me.

Same with me. I was Complete and then couldn't see any thing online.
I called CIC and explained the problem. They asked me to send an email to them. I sent them an email. But nothing so far.

The reason I was told by the agent was that - You don't see anything in your ecas because the status is "Perspective" for PR card processing and the file is not yet in <b>Open</b> status.

I have just checked and it is same with my application. Did you got any update from them for the COPR correction as my case is similar to yours.

I will call them today for the udpate and let you know.

Don't panic if your status went from Complete to Decision Made! This is happening to everyone.

I have just checked and it is same with my application. Did you got any update from them for the COPR correction as my case is similar to yours.

I called them on Fri and there was nothing new. They suggested me to call back in 3 weeks.

As for amendment of my COPR - I sent them an urgent request. I attached all supporting documentation confirming the urgency of my situation.
I marked my envelopes with URGENT stickers. I attached return envelope with tracking # for their convenience.
We'll see how it goes; I am patiently waiting.

I will call them after July 10th.
Trying to stay relaxed and calm but Jeez it's hard!!!!!

I don't think there's any reason to panic. I mean you're officially a PR once you land, right? If there are errors on your landing record it might be a hassle to correct, but that'll get sorted out sooner or later. If you urgently need to PR card to get out of the country, there are ways around that, too..

ECAS has been proven to be very unreliable to get current status. I landed on Jun 13 and there has been no update to reflect my landing. My status never changed to "Complete" as it stays in "Decision Made" :

eCAS is unreliable. Mine changed to complete after a week from landing and it's back to 'Decision Made' from last week. Probably they are working on the PR Cards.
