Yes, the processing time is slowly reducing (from 70 to 63 and then from 63 to 61) but there is no movement according to the tracker data.

Now it's reduced from 61 days to 54 days.
Tracker is last updated on 16-Oct. Did anyone else got the card after 16-Oct?

Just called CIC customer Service and he told that my card was dispatched on 22nd Oct 2013.. so I will get it in 1 week's time...

I called cic today to check about status of my PR card and realized that the mailing address on file is of my attorney who filed my WP application years ago. I have filed for PR myself and never used an attorney. Not sure why is the attorney's address on file. CIC updated the mailing address to the correct address now. My ecas was always showing the correct mailing address but not sure how could the agent find the attorneys address.

I am still a little concerned if the card will be mailed to the attorney. Did anyone have a similar issue?

Good news, just called CIC the agent told me my card was dispatched two days ago. He said I would expect to receive it today or next Monday. He also congrats and wish me prosperity in Canada, he was so nice :-*

By the way, I landed on Aug 29, it does seem they have cut the processing time to 54 days!

I called CIC today, she said, they have not done anything yet...but she has put a message in their system that it is past due...I landed on 14th Aug...so I suggest, for all those who have passed their due date, can call and put a reminder,may speed up the process..

I called CIC today and the agent confirmed that my Cards are dispatched on 10/28. Expecting to receive them before end of the week.
