And follow the instructions. I called yesterday and talked to an agent. She told me when the mail went out

Is there anyway that I have American visitor visa ! And I go to America by car and go to India for 15 days and then return to the America and come back to canada on landing paper ?? Without prtd!

They can track if you are leaving from / landing into US. Canada and US share the entry/exits.
It doesnt matter for leaving from Canada directly or exiting through US as they do auto exit entry on your passport once you leave Canada and enter US. So you need to verify if COPR is enough to return and you get your US visa.

They can track if you are leaving from / landing into US. Canada and US share the entry/exits.

I dont get what you actually need. Please explain. Some questions would be:
Do you have US visa / visa exempt passport to enter US and when did you enter the country last time?
Do you meet residency obligation to reenter Canada? Meaning, when did you first enter and do you have enough time left to meet residency in your 5 year period?

I have USA visa. I last enter USA in 2014
And I entered canada in April 2016 and waiting for PR card and I have to visit my country in emergency for 15 days so I am thinking to go usa by car on my landing paper and from usa to my country by flight and come back to usa after 15 days by flight and then come back to canada by car on landing paper I have !
So my question is that did usa immigration will stop me to enter usa again after 15 days when I come back to usa ??
And I don't know about residency obligation to re-enter canada!
I can re-enter canada by car on landing paper right ??

Finally we have received PR card yesterday in Brampton. Our landing date May 6, 2016. Thanks to all forum member for constant support and cooperation through out the journey.

Yes it is ok to send. Just make sure that you can track the shipment so you'll get notified once they receive it. It my case I use DHL. And I receive my PR card on my canadian address less that a month after photo re-submission (outside canada).
