Yes, you can check the status of PR card using the same way you check your status of your application. There will be another section added below your application status section.

i got my new SIN number on MONDAY 26 January 2015.

i applied on 17 December 2014.

Yes i face issue when i went for SIN card application, the system didn't allow them to go further after entering my basic information, so they filed the paper application on very same day, and told me that it will take 3-4 week for new SIN number.

yours and mine case is almost identical. I landed on 9 Jan and went for SIN number and got stuck, as Services Canada couldnt verify my document in the system. They filled paper form and I asked them for urgent processing.
I think CIC has new system and its taking long time to register Landing in thier system.
keeping fingers cross. I am already out of Canada and applied for travel document.

Joshi, Did you also face issue with SIN number? I think everyone landing in the last 2 months have similar issue. Landing is registered late in CIC system and then documents does not get validate

I changed my sin on December 18

I did flagpoling at the border

I have been here for more than 4 years so i had previous sin number starting with 9, so i changed my sin using copr and passport and i got new number on same day ..There was no updates till January 22 on my online status first three lines added on 22 then the last line today

So, after people got their pr card. Do they need to notify cic the phone number and address if you move after you receive ur pr card in case they want to call you or send you something after? Thank you.

I called CIC to understand my PR card status. As per CIC agent, some issue on my COPR landing, as its not registered in their system. I landed on January 9, 2015 at vancouver airport and made exit on January 16 from Canada.

As per CIC agent, unfortunately my landing was not completed so they need stamp number(landing stamp in my passport).
Since I have applied for travel document along with original passport to reenter Canada, I dont have that passport stamping details.

Experts and seniors, please advice on this situation.

What happened? why is the landing not registered? Didn't the cic agent tell you what to do? Did you not do the landing correctly? like, did you and officer sign on the copr when you land? Didn't the officer stamp on ur passport?

Hi,
I did everything, signed COPR and passport has a stamp. I guess, there is delay by immigration for all recent cases. May be It wil take another 2 -3 weeks

how can i check my pR card status.i landed on 12 dec 2014 still wating for PR cards.agents says 2 week more. what to do.
i checked like this on cic website

immigration/////my application////check my application status///category--pr from outside canada-------after that it goes to same status like complete.and when i clicked complete it shows became PR on 12 dec 2014.

after that no line about PR cards.i will be great if u help me
