I apologize if this topic has been covered before but...

How do you find out the status of your PR cad processing? Is it the same place that we used to check the status of our application using your UCI? I've checked that since landing on the 29th of December at YYZ, and it's always just said "complete". How are people getting more specific informatio about when to expect delivery? I assume I'll still be a good month away before I get my card, and I'm not in any rush, I'm just curious.

Yes its the same place where you would have seen your application status , There will be a separate row for PR card being added as soon CIC start processing the card , More specific information is known by calling CIC and a tentative date of expected delivery can be known.

Today I got my daughter PR card(They have mailed the card on 14-Jan and it reached Brampton today.)
CIC agent told that myself and mywife PR cards are mailed on 15-Jan and I am hoping to receive by early next week.

I am still not received the PR cards for myself and my wife and when I called CIC that they told me they have mailed my cards on 15-Jan.
I am getting worried now.
Could you please suggest if anyone got lost their PR cards in the canadapost mail.

Same thing has happened with me & my wife as well. They mailed the PR card on 8th Jan but we haven't received yet and while chasing both CIC & Canada Post reply is CIC asked me to wait for 6 weeks before contacting them again as they have sent by regular mail and nowhere we can trace/track that.
On other hand Canada Post says they can't do anything here as it should be reaching you soon (though they are not able to trace.

Still looking out for options.

We received your application for a permanent resident card on November 6, 2014.

We started processing your application on January 19, 2015.


Now how long until we get complete?

Hi,

I and my wife had received the PR card and my sons PR card is yet to come when I asked the call center they mentioned they had sent the letter regarding this that the Photo is not matching the size that they asked for.

Can you please let me know the size of the photo specifications for the PR card and also where should I send this photos.

I called cic and they told me that my card was mailed last saturday. However, I have not received the card.
Does anyone know how long it normally takes from sending to delivering?

Hello all, my PR card is finally "In Process" on Jan 20. Can anyone please add me to the form?

Landed: Nov 22
Sent for further verification: Jan 10 (Got this info by calling CIC)
Ecas in process: Jan 20

Anyone's card was also sent for verification? I called today and they said the verification was finished. I want to know if the time needed between "In process" and "completed" on Ecas in my situation will be the same as normal.

p.s. As mentioned in my earlier post, anyone who has waited longer than normal after landing may have their card sent for further verification. This is because there is some unmatched info with their system while printing your card. My guess is that they made mistakes, probably typos or something...

Yes! I think we should get it by next week.
A lot of people on this usually get it after 10 days of "in process". My husband got in process on January 19 what about yours?

Me is Jan 20. We planned a trip leaving in early Feb. Now since it's "in process", I am going anyway. ;D
