I just received an email that the re-submitted photos were not accepted.I just paid 100$ for DHL . I dont know if I should try again or just get a PTRD

I have applied through email and received the approval. It doesn't have a specified expiry date. But if I need to travel urgently, I can send a itinerary copy and get a Letter of Authorisation to travel on a particular date which will be valid only for that date. Otherwise we can wait until VFS Opens and then get a counterfoil stamping. That might have some validity period which I am unsure about.

@Asif77 Hi, I am waiting for my PR card and I have sent them 5 web form enquiries. For all of them, the reply was due to covid-19 the processing of applications have been affected. They will contact in case of any requirement or they will try to complete the application processing as soon as possible.

I sent PR card application to Montreal - it was received there on 6th July, I just got an update today - 11th September that my card has been Mail and it might take 4 to 6 weeks to receive.
