Waiting for PR Card 2019.......timeline, landing etc

Wife landed Nov 22 land crossing Windsor. She still doesn't have PR card. Is this normal? Application was approved Dec 7th.

Nope. Called IRCC and it turns out they sent it to the wrong address and returned to IRCC by Canada post because they could not deliver it. We found that out last week when we gave them a call. I was surprised no one tried to get in touch with us to tell us hey we have the wrong address on file. It was a typo in the postal code, not sure how it happened (My guess when the landing officer filled out the application, he misspelled the postal code). All the other correspondence we had with IRCC was with the right address.

Hi! I called IRCC today and the agent told me the card is mailed out yesterday. Hoping to receive the card by Friday or at least by Monday.

Landed: Nov 26th
Photo Request: Dec 5th
Photos Delivered to Sydney - Nova Scotia: Dec 12th
Not sure when the application was approved.
Card Mailed Out as per the agent on Jan 20th.

My guess is, it is up to 6 weeks for them to mail it out again. Not sure tho.

I just called them, they told me that we should receive it within 6 weeks.
