Because yesterday I called them and after that there was an update. Because he left a note on my file.
After that it’s says submitted. Nothing else!

What number can I call them on ?The ircc number is no longer taking any calls regarding immigration !

finally received my pr card in mail box.
My timeline

Landing in Carway boarder Sept 14
Approved and Mailed Oct 7
Received Oct 11
(in the meantime, I called CIC right after 15 days were over, they left a message to processed officer, a few days later, raise a webform as well, 5-7 daysblater webform respond that alread mailed out)

Landed on Sep 24th, No update on PR card ever since.

Called CIC a few times this week, finally one of the agents sent a case inquiry note to the processing office somewhere in Sydney, NS.

So called again, and this time Agent was a little rude, saying that I need to be patient and cant call them again, and since its already beyond the normal processing times and inquiry note was also sent, she just responded that it could take any amount of time after normal processing time has exceeded. A day, few days, couple of weeks. They have no answer as to when and what time it will be mailed.

I understand they were not helping enough though. But, it does not stop me from worrying. It was kind of frustrating but still doesn't help.

People should really wish to see their application processed in normal way, after which its just patience and hope. My Advice is that, realistically people take this as a 45 days processing time. People planning to have the card with in the normal processing time + (3 - 5) days, don't be overwhelmed as it could spoil your plans.

One more thing, even though its calendar days for processing times as mentioned on website, don't be carried away, its business days (Mon-Fri) realistically. Don't expect people to work for you on weekend.

the person couldn't say , but he send a message to them stating its pass the processing time which is currently 18 days
