I submitted my profile on Feb 2021
Non SDS
13 Feb - Application submitted
15 Feb - Biometrics given
12 April - Medicals Passed
15 April - Received BVL
No update on PPR
Anyone with same timeline?

have you tried raising webform? You are not alone though, there are threads here talking exactly the same thing, BVL and no final decision.

My agent doesn't let me raise it. Says it'll make a bad remark on the file.

Trust me its a postive sign, because I had the same timeline and I received Refusal on 13 April with BVL. Since you only BVL, you should expect PPR soon.

i too got BVL on 27 May ... no update afterwards
