Hi,

how many of you all have waiting for PPR more than 7 months?
And my Ecas status still shows application received.

How many months in total since your Application was received by CIC
This is highly unlikely, so you mean that it has been 7 months since you paid RPRF?
Has CIC recieved your medicals.

I am a Jan 2013 applicant, it is 18 months so far. The Medcal and RPRF requests came on December 2013.
The ECAS shows application received and medical results have been received by clicking it.

You should contact CIC ASAP. I hope it's not too late.

My representitive emailed CPP Ottawa twice but no reply yet. I got GCMS note on June. It shows recommend pass and note the address on employment letter can not be located on Google Map! After pointing out this concern, the VO granted me the Medical and RPRF request. Please check my previous post: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/google-map-search-does-not-reveal-the-business-location-what-should-i-do-now-t219576.0.html;msg3274696#msg3274696

Dont just rely on your rep,as for them you are just one of the clients.

I would suggest mail directly to CPC with your case details,also mention your file number on subject of email.

Surname (Last name) - Exactly as it appears on passport or identity document;
Given name(s) (First name) - Exactly as it appears on passport or identity document;
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number; and
Application number (V#, F#, EP#, E#, B#).

They normally respond in 20 days.

You can't count on the rep and you should not count on email request for this kind of delay.
You should order another GCMS note and call CIC right away.

If you don't even show your concern, who else would care about your case. You definitely can't
rely on your rep anymore. For this kind of delay, he was just sending email and considered work
done, do you really think he was helping?

Current, CEC processing time for individual applicant is about 10 months, you have waited for 18th,
do the math, bro.

It all depends on when you applied..As per CIC, processing time lines shown as 13 months. if your application crossed or about to complete 13 months you can definitely reach them to enquire about your application status. In mean while you can also apply GCMS notes to know updated status..

AOR 2013,
after that nothing applied GCMS notes for three times but no update,
finally i hired a lawyer who requested visa notes and later we found out the reason,
he sent them the new documents with correction and in a week i got MR And RPRF.
Now CIC contacted my lawyer last week coz they can't find my medical. Its been a week they might have locate my medical, i wish they have.

You said, found reason from visa notes. what was the document you updated them. Is it some thing related to Lawyer end documentation or at your end.

I did not write all the duites in schedule 8, so that was the reason file was under review . my lawyer send them an updated schedule 8 and the problem got fixed.

I tried to google it but could find any thing about visa note. Is it some thing different than GCMS notes or just a hard copy of the GCMS notes?
Could you share the link where to apply for these notes?

Many thanks...
