Yes you cannot leave without attending pdos. there's pdos in cebu and better if you attend in cebu coz no need of making a reservation not like in manila. pero kami kc sa manila aatend ng pdos coz I want to join also the ciip seminar in manila and kukuha din ako ng red ribbon ng drivers license ko and sa manil to sila lahat so we opted to go to manila.

If you want to get the G2 ata yun na license in canada where you can drive without the supervision of a licensed G2 driver you have to get a certification from LTO that you have been driving since ??? and has not committed any vehicular accident. And also you get a certificate of no car insurance claim from yuor car insurance agent para may discount ka makuha if you will buy a car in canada. Im not sure if red ribbon talaga ang kelangan pero yan kc sinabi ng tag lto if you will use it abroad then it should be red ribbon. checl out lto website the steps on how to obtain lto red ribbon is stated there. might as well prepare all docs you might use it in canada. like the kids immunization record na kelangan sa registration ng mga kids sa school in canada.

wecan drive there even if we dont have the canadian license pero for 3 months lang after that we cannot drive anymore. its not internation license but a requirement in applying for a drivers license in canada... read nalang the cic website... kung di ka kukuha ng certification from lto natin pwede pa rin pero pag nag apply ka ng license sa canada magstart ka talaga sa beginners class na di ka pwede magdrive kung wala kang kasamang canadian licensed holder driver pero kung meron kang certificate na maipakita at nag apply ka ng license then you will be getting the g2 license at pwede kang magdrive even without the company of a canadian license holder...

if ever makakuha ka na ng letter from lto,pakipost or pm naman kung papano at yung mga requirements please...ummm,pwede kaya iexchange ang temporary US driver's license or pwede ko kaya gamitin ito within CA?tnxtnx . . .
