Waiting for PPR from Detroit.

I sent an enquiry to Detroit yesterday and got reply with in an hour that my application is ready for finalization and will receive the instruction in the next few weeks. I don’t know how long still I still have to wait. It has already been over 12 months periord.

....Your application for permanent residence in Canada appears to be ready for visa issuance..

Did you email them explaining that you have moved to India and if possible have them transfer your application to India? Otherwise apply for a visitor visa to come to US.

Hi.. My file too got transferred in march to Detroit and now i have been called for an interview after initial interview waiver..
I am in India now and unable to attend due to visa stamping problem. What should i do now?
Can my interview be postponed or they will terminate the process if i am unable to attend.
Kindly help me out. Thanx

Did you email them explaining that you have moved to India and if possible have them transfer your application to India? Otherwise apply for a visitor visa to come to US.

I assume you are in the US. How long does it take for CIC indicate medicals received on E-cas once they get them. Or do they even do that at all before finalizing application.

When my file was transferred from Buffalo to Detroit, they misspelled my e-mail address. I had a ready for visa e-mail sent to me on Jan 5 2011 ... I just found out today thanks to CAIPS.
