Waiting For PPR ? Can anyone explain

Hi i went for Medical on 2nd May 2014 and after some days my ecas shows Medical Results have been received. pls can anyone explain me how many days i have to wait for PPR , as its already a month now.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 25, 2012.

Interview scheduled for March 6, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

After medical how many days your ecas started showing medical recieved?

After 3-4 days later of my medical exam it started showing Medical results have been received in my ecas.

There is no fixed time limit but heard generally within 22 to 24 days.
