waiting for post graduation work permit and work experience ?

Hello,
So some of my work experience basically 2 weeks are while i was waiting for my post graduation work permit , do they count or would that affect my appliation ? should I explain in my LOE ?

If you worked before you applied for PGWP, then the work experience does not count.

If you worked on or after you applied for PGWP, then the work experience counts.

oh okay sweet thank you I applied for my PGWP then started working as it took 5 months to get it . but do I need something to prove that I applied before i started working ?

You could mention it in your LOE, but it will be quite obvious because they review information of all past applications.
