Okay i'll do that straight a way. Thanks! My file is in Montreal embassy and i've heard they're a bit slow. Also i've called them twice since 3rd october. You think calling helps by any chance? I've heard they make a note everytime we call.

Your trick actually worked for me and i got my portal 2 in a few hours after i resent the portal 1. Thank you so much

It takes approx 1-3 weeks from P2. My P2 was Oct 28 and i am still waiting for ecopr. You should wait for your PR card if you are travelling out of country.

I'm thinking to get the travel document from india.
