Waiting For PGWP

I have applied for my PGWP on May 12,2024 but still not received any response. It just shows that they are processing the application. I got my letter of confirmation from IRCC after applying on May 15,2024 that states I can work for any employer and in occupation until November 09,2024 or a decision is made, whichever is first. What should I do now?
I’m still waiting and I raised web forms and also called IRCC but no response from any agents on call.

IRCC calls can get a bit confusing at times. It might route you to generic queries section and auto voice may tell you that the call cannot be connected to agents due to high volume. So, try to choose option during the call where it will ask you to input your application or unique id number. Even if you’re unable to type the alphanumeric id or resolve, the further option will ask you if you want to talk with an agent anyways. Choose that option. You will get waiting time but it is not as bad as it was a year ago.
