Waiting for PGWP - processing times in July 2012

Hi there,

Please post the processing times if you have recently had a decision made about your PGWP.

Do they just send you a letter by regular mail, or do they also send you an email if you applied online?

FWIW, mine hasn't been processed yet, I applied on July 11th.

Not sure about PGWP processing times, but I know they will only send you a letter via snail mail - no email.

You can check the progress of your work permit application on by calling the call center and using the automated phone service.

Wow, you're lucky! Site says they only work on application submitted June 23rd..

I appiled July 14th, I call8882422100,then press 1-2-8 work permit, it said my PGWP has been apporved on August 21. yours will be appoved and issued in few days. very soon.

It comes on snail mail. You should give it at least a week. Patience is required here. ???
