waiting for PGWP more than 140 days and no update

I am graduated in Quebec, after submitting my application for PGWP, up to now, have nothing happened. I did everything I could, called them, wrote them via web form.

Did anyone has the same situation and got approved finally?

pls advise.

what do you mean by you called them? did the call get through? if so, what did they say?

I left my phone number on the cic hotline vocal box, they called me back in 25 minutes. It was a waste of time, she could do nothing, just explained the implied status.

when the processing time on cic said, they are working on 8 July, I made my first call to them, I thought she did what she could do. yesterday, the processing time became 16 July, I telephoned them again, the other one spoken in the same speech as the first one. But she remained me, a web form is a way to let the agency know my situation, I might attach my job offer on it.

that's why I am worried, on this page, they are working on 16 July and my application is on 10 July.

I dont think you have to worry, but based on this website ( i usually like to prefer IRCC websites). if you meet the eligibility and submitted everything right. it will come to you. Based on the website, it say you are allowed to work while waiting for result. I should said considered it as implied status. For my time, i just travel and toke a break from school, before start my work field. to find boss and job that support your PR is harder task than applying permit.

i will suggest you to use Web form since the processing period is passed the expected, but it will takes them couple days to respond to you.

I have an offer in the remote area of English province, it would not be easy for me bcs I used to speak french but at least I do have it. and my boss accepts my implied status. what i am the most concerned that's my health insurance and my wife's open work permit. And also I hope that I did not make any mistake in my application.

If a date if given, it's for "Most Applications" not all.
So not all can be processed similarly, some take longer, by a day or week or month.
