Waiting for PCC from FBI USA

Are we allowed to use a third party channeler for the FBI PCC?

I don't think so, as per the link here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp
Also, some forumates suggested to opt for Option1 only(submit request directly to FBI). You can also call there support desk and check.

This is becoming weird. I am also Sept 17th applicant for FBI PCC. My card got charged but no sign of anyone getting PCC from their new system. I only have Nov 30th as I already have MR, PCC, RPRF request. The way they are processing, I would miss the deadline. They said I have to submit all the docs within 60 days.

Any one who has asked CIC for extension to submit FBI PCC?

app reached on 8th aug 2014, cc charged 7th sept, called up the helpline and got to know the PCC should have been shipped no later than 5th Nov. Any ideas how long does it take to reach delhi ? also they did not give me any tracking number either.

For me it took around 15 days for a ordinary letter to reach India from US..

Its the ordinary one of 98cents. It was sent in Jul25th and I received on Aug 9th...

Did you try calling them (FBI Finger print division)? They will give you the details. You can find their contact number on the application

Hi guys, here is my update:

FBI PCC
Aug 11th- applied;
Aug 18th- start processing;
Nov 25th- received the PCC by mail;

Guys, I got my PCC (FBI) in the mail today Nov 26th. I had applied August 19th - 22nd (I think it got delivered on the 22nd). It looks like it is taking a solid 12 weeks for the FBI to process these things.

Question is...should I open the envelope just to review the PCC so I know what i'm forwarding to CIC? or does the enevelpe have to arrive sealed at CIC ?

Even I am waiting for PCC from FBI, applied in August.. Reached the app on 18 the still waiting. My question is I am nov applicant waiting for AOR, when can I send PCC to CIC, will CIC ask for it or do I need to send once I get AOR?? Suggestions plz...
