Waiting for Passport Request

thats good kung ndi na need sa alberta.
sa akin kz eh naka include ang form ng immunization when i rcvd our passports. they said after 3 months pa daw kami pwede maka avail ng medical benefit sa winnipeg pero sabi nman sa orientation ng PDOS eh automatic daw na magkakaroon na ng health card ang mga bata pero ginawa ko na rin dito pa lang kasi baka pagdating nmin doon eh magkaroon pa ng problem and mas malaki pa ang bayaran ko sa immunization.

kc ang kinukuha lang nmn nila when you enroll ay baptismal,card @ form 138

lhat nmn binibigyan ng immunization form pra indicate mo kung ano na receive ng anak mo na immunization d2 sa pinas then ung mga hnd pa e continue na dun @ libre pa.sa friend ko 2 weeks plng upon na ng mag apply cl dun nkuha na nla tru mail ang health cards nila.

child is $523.50
that is November 15.mahal ang ticket from December 16 till January so it is better if you fly before those dates.i hope this helps.
